- 2 for the price of one offers will not reflect in all hearing models currently its available on all Key 4 ITE’s. We will alter the offer depending on the promotion.
- Standard warranty is 2 years on all hearing aids including free PRSI hearing aids. With some aids additional warranties up to 5 years can be added at time of purchase this may attract an additional fee. Some aids will come with a complimentary 5 year warranty. Warranties cover all electronic defects with normal wear and tear. Warranties will not cover mishandling, damaged/cracked ITE shells, water damage, total loss of aid, damage caused by an animal, unauthorized opening of instrument, use of glue etc.. Damaged ITE shells will cost €180 for re-shell even within a warranty period as this is classed as physical damage.
- Micro-suction/consultation/general fees may-be converted later as money off discounts up to a max of €250 towards the purchase of a new hearing instrument from our €1250 range or above this is at discretion of management.
- Return Period is 90 days from day of purchase. We will give a full refund minus any customized ear molds, batteries, Restocking fees with some aids which is usually €50, postage fees due, damaged units will not be accepted for return.
- Postage is charged at local standard rates for standard deliveries. Please advise if you would like items posted with a tracking number or courier for safety reasons.
- Price Promise will relate to products supplied from Oticon and Resound only that are dispensed in Rep. Of Ireland . We cannot match prices from own brand suppliers or internet sales as they may not have a physical presence in this jurisdiction. All written quotations from competing suppliers with be assessed on an individual case.
- PRSI rules are €500 off per aid. Each claimant is entitled to 2 hearing aids every 4 years. Repair entitlement is €100 max per aid every 4 years.
- Free PRSI hearing aids are classed as BTE aids from the Interton range. Moulds, batteries, extra warranties, accessories etc.. are priced as extras
- We do not store credit card details nor do we share customer details with any 3rd parties
- All repairs of hearing aids supplied by other companies and requested to be repaired on behalf of an individual owner by “Island Hearing Suite” are happily done so, but at owners risk.
